What kind of support can I expect?

We’re here to help if you have questions or run into issues. Support is provided via email, and we typically respond within one business day. For more complex questions, we’re happy to think along with you.
What is a map view?

Each time a map is loaded, it counts as one map view. This also applies to embedded maps. Views from logged-in users do not count.
Do you offer support with strategy or campaigns around the map?

Yes. For projects where the map is part of a broader communication or public-facing campaign, we can think along or refer you to the right partners. We work with experienced communication and advertising agencies specialized in map-driven campaigns. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Is it possible to import locations or data?

Yes. Importing existing locations can be a great way to get started quickly. If you have a suitable document containing your locations, we can import this for you with Wolf Maps Pro.
How does hosting, security, and privacy work?

Wolf Maps is 100% GDPR-compliant.
All maps and data are hosted on our own servers within Europe and transmitted via encrypted connections (SSL). You don’t need to set anything up yourself — we take care of a secure, fast, and reliable infrastructure.
What kind of updates can I expect?

Wolf Maps is continuously being improved. Performance enhancements, usability improvements, and new features are included with every plan.
Can I change plans later?
