🇬🇧 How to enable location services

If the “My Location” button is not working, follow these steps to activate your location services.

System Settings: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Ensure the toggle at the top is ON.
Safari Access: Scroll down in that same list to Safari Websites and set it to While Using the App.
Within Safari: Open the map. Tap the menu icon (the square with lines) on the left of the address bar. Tap the three dots in the bottom right, scroll down, and switch Location to ON.

Browser Access: Open Chrome and go to the map.
Adjust Permissions: Tap the sliders icon (or the lock icon) to the left of the URL in the address bar.
Allow: Tap Permissions and switch the toggle for Location to ON.
If this doesn’t work: Go to the three dots (menu) > Settings > Site settings > Location and ensure the website is not blocked.

Not getting a pop-up? Refresh the page. This often forces the browser to ask for permission again.

🇳🇱 Locatievoorzieningen inschakelen

Werkt de “Mijn Locatie” knop niet? Volg deze stappen om je locatievoorzieningen te activeren.

Systeem-instellingen: Ga naar Instellingen > Privacy en beveiliging > Locatievoorzieningen. Zorg dat de schakelaar bovenaan AAN staat.
Safari Toegang: Scroll in diezelfde lijst omlaag naar Safari-websites en zet deze op Bij gebruik van app.
Binnen Safari: Open de kaart. Tik op het menu-icoontje (het vierkantje met lijntjes) links in de adresbalk. Tik rechtsonder op de drie puntjes, scroll naar beneden en zet Locatie aan.

Browser Toegang: Open Chrome en ga naar de kaart.
Rechten aanpassen: Tik op het schuifregelaar-icoon (of het slotje) links van de URL in de adresbalk.
Toestaan: Tik op Rechten en zet de schakelaar bij Locatie op AAN.
Mocht dit niet werken: Ga naar de drie puntjes (menu) > Instellingen > Site-instellingen > Locatie en zorg dat de website niet geblokkeerd staat.
